My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. While the location offers beautiful views and direct beach access, the service left a lot to be desired, especially with the pressure to attend sales presentations. The rooms were spacious, but cleanliness was an issue. Overall, the experience was enjoyable but not without significant drawbacks.
We had a special family trip planned for New Year's in Galveston, and while we were grateful for the spacious accommodations with multiple kitchens, the overall experience was marred by unexpected fees and an overwhelming sales approach that left us feeling frustrated. The staff was occasionally unhelpful, but we did have some good moments during our stay, like wonderful sunsets and beach strolls.
My stay was quite mixed; while the location provided a peaceful retreat away from the busy tourist areas, I had serious issues with the cleanliness and upkeep of our room. On the brighter side, we enjoyed family activities like mini-golf and access to a nice pool. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a filthy villa and pests, overshadowing the otherwise pleasant amenities offered.

While the beach access was a plus and the pool area provided a nice space to relax, the overall experience was marred by some pushy timeshare practices and a lack of cleanliness. The location is quite far from main attractions, but it does allow for a quieter stay away from crowds. Overall, it was decent, but there are areas needing significant improvements.
